Independent guide to NAD+ injections
NAD longevity research compounds compared: NAD+, glutathione, MOTS-c, epithalon and 5-Amino-1MQ, with prices, per-mg costs and 2026 FDA panel votes.

NAD+ research peptide in a multi-dose vial. Independent lab tested with COA published per lot. Ships from US stock.
Sold and shipped by Real Peptides. Shipping times, returns and regional restrictions are set on the vendor’s page; most US orders arrive in 1–3 business days in discreet packaging.
We only list products where the vendor publishes a batch-specific certificate of analysis from a third-party lab. Check the COA on the vendor’s page before ordering.
Every pick has a batch-matched certificate of analysis we can read.
We check that real potency matches what the label promises.
Simple, transparent formulas — no mystery fillers or additives.
Scored on real cost per serving, not just sticker price.
Ranked by published COA, potency accuracy and price per mg.
NAD+ research peptide in a multi-dose vial. Independent lab tested with COA published per lot. Ships from US stock.
Glutathione research peptide — a major antioxidant studied for oxidative-stress support. Lab tested, COA published.
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for metabolic and exercise-capacity research.
5-Amino-1MQ is studied for its role in NNMT inhibition and metabolic research. Lab tested per lot.
Epithalon (epitalon) is a tetrapeptide studied for telomerase activation and aging biology.

Epithalon at $24.00 for a 10mg vial works out to $2.40 per mg, the lowest per-mg figure among the longevity research compounds we track, while MOTS-c at $43.20 for 10mg comes to $4.32 per mg. These compounds come up whenever NAD longevity research is discussed, because labs studying cellular ageing often look at several pathways at once. This page lays out what each compound is, what the research covers and what it costs.
All the Real Peptides products below are labelled research use only and not for human consumption. None is an FDA-approved drug, and none is a proven longevity treatment in people.
They get grouped with NAD+ because each touches a pathway linked to ageing or cellular energy in lab research. NAD+ is a coenzyme central to energy metabolism whose levels decline with age in many studies. MOTS-c is a mitochondria-derived peptide, glutathione is an antioxidant the body makes, and epithalon comes out of Russian ageing research.
Grouping is a research convenience, not evidence that combining them does anything. No controlled human trial in the facts we work from tests these compounds together for NAD longevity outcomes.
Each compound has a different research base and a different regulatory status in 2026.
| Compound | What it is | Research base | Price | Per mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ Peptide (Multi-Dose Vial) | Coenzyme | Mostly cell and animal models | $60.00 | Size not listed |
| Glutathione Peptide (600mg) | Antioxidant tripeptide | Offered as IV/injections by clinics; research powder | $40.80 | $0.068 |
| MOTS-c Peptide (10mg) | Mitochondria-derived peptide | Metabolism and exercise, mostly animal | $43.20 | $4.32 |
| Epithalon Peptide (10mg) | Synthetic tetrapeptide | Russian ageing research | $24.00 | $2.40 |
| 5-Amino-1MQ (capsules) | Small-molecule NNMT inhibitor | Mouse obesity studies; no human trials | $33.60 | Not listed |
Glutathione looks cheapest per mg, but the comparison is not meaningful across different molecules. Per-mg figures help compare the same compound between vendors, not different compounds.
Each Real Peptides listing in this group flags its own limits, which is useful for anyone comparing them. Glutathione, MOTS-c, epithalon and 5-Amino-1MQ are all marked "research use only", and each carries a note that it is not an NAD+ product but a related longevity or metabolic compound. That labelling matters, because sellers elsewhere sometimes blur these into a single "NAD longevity" bundle.
Some detail on the research behind each:
Two of these compounds, MOTS-c and epithalon, were among six peptides FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended for the 503A bulks list in July 2026. MOTS-c was voted on 23 July (8-6, one abstention) and epithalon on 24 July (7-4).
The votes are non-binding. FDA must still decide and then go through proposed and final rulemaking with public comment. As of the July meeting none of the six had been added, and compounding them was not yet permitted. NAD+, glutathione and 5-Amino-1MQ were not part of that vote. We will update this page if FDA acts.
Real Peptides offers free US shipping on orders over $250, so lab buyers often combine items. An NAD+ vial, glutathione, MOTS-c, epithalon and 5-Amino-1MQ together come to $201.60, which leaves $48.40 short of free shipping. Swapping epithalon for the NAD+ liquid spray ($120.00) produces an order of $297.60.
Before ordering any of these, check that each COA is batch-specific and that the lot number matches the vial you receive. Each product lists a third-party COA. Our products page lists every item, and the cost guide covers NAD+ pricing across telehealth and research channels.
None of these research compounds is sold for personal use, and none has controlled human evidence for longevity benefits. If NAD+ itself is what you are interested in for your health, the legal route runs through a prescriber, such as Arc-1's telehealth NAD+ Injections at $299.99 with a physician consultation. Read what NAD+ is for the basics, and talk to your doctor before considering any of it.
